Who writes this

David Johnston is a payments specialist with more than 20 years in banking and finance across Australia and the Asia-Pacific, including transactional-banking and merchant-acquiring leadership roles at NAB, ANZ and Westpac. He founded Dubston Pty Ltd, through which he consults on payments strategy and has built payment brokering software now used by ISOs across Australia. He has established an ISO (with Fiserv as the acquirer) for a venture-capital group, consulted for device manufacturer PAX and the Payments Consulting Network, and run merchant-services RFPs across Asia-Pacific markets. His work spans least-cost routing, interchange and scheme management, merchant acquiring and payment-gateway integration, with direct connections across the card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, eftpos), acquiring banks and PSPs.
