What the result means
Effective rate is the number that matters. It folds the monthly fee back into the percentage, so you can compare a plan with a fee against one without on equal terms.
Try moving your turnover up and down. You will see the ranking flip at a certain point — that crossover is why"cheapest" depends entirely on your business.
