POS1 is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail, built by Clubspeed. A karting and trampoline-park system rather than a cafe till — and it changed hands again in June 2026.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
POS1 is the point-of-sale piece of Clubspeed, which is venue management software for karting tracks, family entertainment centres, trampoline parks, escape rooms and attractions. It was founded in 2005 in Irvine, California by Eric Novakovich, and it does race management and lap timing alongside POS, online booking, CRM and reporting. The timing side is the reason karting operators buy it in the first place.
Ownership has moved twice. Nadavon Capital Partners first invested in April 2017 and later increased that to a majority stake, installing Nadavon's Romir Bosu as chief executive with Novakovich moving to chief strategy officer. Then on 2 June 2026, Manos Software Group — a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian acquirer Valsoft Corporation — bought Clubspeed outright, with more than 1,700 venues worldwide at the time. Clubspeed had itself bought KartingManager in February 2022 to push into Europe, and it also runs Resova for escape rooms and tour operators.
For an Australian operator that means a US product with a Linkly integration, now owned by a Canadian serial acquirer whose model is buy-and-hold: Valsoft said the team stays and the brand keeps operating independently, which is usually true and usually also means roadmap decisions move offshore. Get support hours and escalation in writing. A 1,700-venue global base run out of North America is not the same as a local vendor who answers the phone at 7am on a Saturday.
Clubspeed also has Clubspeed.
