Ezy Systems is an Australian-owned software developer founded in 1993 in Bendigo, Victoria, and it specialises in winery management. Its platform, EzyWine, bundles accounting and payroll in with vineyard, winemaking, bottling, contract winemaking, plant servicing, MRP, CRM, wine club, restaurant and POS — so the accounting module is part of a wine-industry stack rather than a general ledger anyone could pick up.
The company says more than 350 commercial wineries use it across several countries, processing over a million tonnes of grapes a year, with availability in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Support is hotline phone plus regional seminars, on-site training and cloud hosting, and it says wine-industry statutory changes are implemented at no extra charge.
Why it has a payment certification: a winery that sells at the cellar door and runs a restaurant takes cards, and in this stack the till is not a separate product you buy from someone else. That is the trade-off — one vendor for everything, and no shopping around on the POS alone.
