Xumi POS — bank compatibility

Xumi POS is a point-of-sale system for pharmacy, built by Healthsoft. the newer face of RxOne, which Jonas Software bought in July 2025 — putting it in the same stable as Corum's old pharmacy business.
Certified on Linkly, running in the cloud. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs in the cloud.
Xumi is pharmacy software, and the till is only part of it. The suite runs Xumi Dispense, Xumi POS (cloud-based, and it keeps working offline) and Xumi Enterprise for groups of two to fifty pharmacies. The footer gives the game away: "Powered by RxOne". RxOne is the long-running engine underneath, and the corporate name behind that is HealthSoft, operating out of Oakleigh in Victoria with a New Zealand side at healthsoft.co.nz. RxOne itself is a rebrand — PharmacyPro renamed to RxOne in October 2016, covering the Australian PharmacyPro product and LOTS in New Zealand, and claiming use in more than 3,000 sites worldwide at the time.
Then the ownership moved. Jonas Software ANZ announced from Brisbane on 31 July 2025 that it had acquired RxOne, describing it as a long-standing and significant provider of integrated pharmacy management software in New Zealand with more than 30 years behind it, and saying RxOne would keep operating independently. Founder Margie Peat was quoted. Jonas is part of Constellation Software, listed on the TSX. And here is the bit worth sitting with: Jonas also bought Corum Health's pharmacy software business, completing on 2 October 2023 for an initial A$4.75 million, after which Corum renamed itself PharmX Technologies. So two separate pharmacy software lineages now answer to the same owner.
If you are a pharmacy weighing Xumi against what you think is a competing system, check who owns the competitor first. We could not find a pharmacy count for Xumi specifically, or a launch date for the Xumi brand, and no source states the Healthsoft-to-Xumi link in so many words — it rests on the accreditation listing plus Xumi's own "Powered by RxOne" line.
Healthsoft also has RxOne.
