Envibe is practice-management software for health, built by Jonas Leisure. The leisure centre platform councils run their pools and gyms on, and it is about to be flanked by a ground-up replacement called VELEO.

Envibe is Jonas Leisure's leisure management platform — memberships, bookings, courses, entry control and the counter, aimed at aquatic centres, fitness facilities and community venues. Jonas Leisure itself was established in 2013 by amalgamating Centaman and Gladstone, two existing leisure software companies, and now runs a head office in Brisbane with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Auckland and Wellington. It says it supports hundreds of clients across Australia and New Zealand: councils, universities, schools and independent operators.
The ownership is the part most venue managers do not know. Jonas Leisure says it is backed by Constellation Software, the Toronto-listed acquirer that holds vertical software businesses indefinitely. Same ultimate parent as Tower Systems, Surefire, ACR, Apparel21 and Impos in hospitality. It tends to mean stability rather than a forced migration every few years, but it also means roadmap and pricing calls are made a long way from Brisbane.
And there is a live roadmap question right now. In 2026 Jonas Leisure launched VELEO, which it describes as neither an upgrade nor a bolt-on but a new product built from the ground up after three years of work with operators. It was previewed at the Aquatic and Recreation Victoria awards gala in May 2026 and launched properly at the LIWA Aquatics conference in Perth at the end of August. Envibe keeps running alongside it. If you are signing now, pin down which of the two you are going on before you sort out terminals, because that decides the integration path.
