Pisell Terminal is the in-store counterpart to Pisell's online platform. Pisell is primarily an all-in-one ecommerce system — website and app builders, iOS and Android apps, order management, cross-platform marketing, multi-language and multi-currency — with the physical selling side built into the same platform rather than bolted on. They say they power over 1,000 local businesses.

The distinguishing feature is WeChat Mini Programs, sitting alongside the website and app builders as a first-class channel. That points clearly at merchants serving Chinese-speaking customers, and almost no other POS vendor in this market offers it natively. It is a strong reason to look if that is your customer base and a weak one if it is not.

Two things to clarify before committing. First, Pisell also bundles LUCA Pay, a facility for paying your own B2B invoices in four monthly instalments — that is merchant cash flow, not customer card acceptance, and it should not be conflated with the EFTPOS arrangement. Second, public information on the company is sparse: no published founding date or ownership, with a 2021 copyright notice on the site. Ask what entity you are contracting with, where support sits, and what the hardware actually is.
