Self Ordering Kiosk — bank compatibility

Self-service kiosk by POS Republic · All point-of-sale systems

  • hospitality

Self Ordering Kiosk is a self-service kiosk for hospitality, built by POS Republic. Archerfield in Brisbane's south, and they sell the whole counter, not just the screen.

Certified on both Linkly and mx51, which between them cover most of the acquiring market.

Certified to do surcharging.

The Linkly integration runs on premise. The mx51 integration uses SCI and was last certified in April 2026, on Windows.

POS Republic works out of Kerry Road, Archerfield in Brisbane's south, and sells a full hospitality hardware and software stack: point of sale, self-ordering kiosks, mobile ordering, ticketing and number-calling, cloud digital signage and payments. This record is the kiosk, so understand what it sits inside — buying one from them generally means buying into their POS as well.

The ticketing and number-calling line is the giveaway for where they are strongest: food courts and quick service, where the kiosk takes the order and a screen calls the number. That is a coherent product set for that format rather than a kiosk bolted onto a restaurant till.

They publish almost nothing about themselves — no founding year, no customer count, no named venues — so this is one to judge on a site visit and a couple of reference calls rather than on paper. Ask whether the kiosk will run against a POS you already own, or whether it is all or nothing.

POS Republic also has POS Republic POS, POS Republic WebPOS and Self Order Kiosk.
