Erpfy POS — bank compatibility

Erpfy POS is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail, built by StepSharp Digital. the till inside an Adelaide agency's restaurant platform, and it is very new.

Certified on mx51, which is the engine behind several banks’ own terminal offerings rather than something a merchant buys by name.

The mx51 integration uses SCI and was last certified in May 2026, on Android, MacOS, Windows and iOS.

Erpfy POS is the point-of-sale module of ERPFY, the restaurant platform built by StepSharp Digital out of Ferryden Park in Adelaide. The wider product runs order management, kitchen display, QR and table ordering, reservations, inventory, loyalty, reporting, delivery integrations, an AI voice agent and AI menu setup, plus its own ERPFY Pay. On EFTPOS it names both Linkly and mx51, which is more coverage than most new entrants bother with.

StepSharp is a software and AI agency rather than a dedicated POS company — custom software, web, e-commerce, mobile development and SEO are its day job, and ERPFY is one of its own products. A directory lists the company as founded 2020 with 10 to 49 people, though that figure is self-reported. The accreditation register has the product at version 1.0.0, which is a fair summary of where it sits.

What we could not find is any evidence of it running in a venue. No named ERPFY customer exists anywhere we looked. The performance numbers on the site — faster service, less admin, more repeat visits — carry no source or customer. The company is real and local, which counts for something on support; the product has no public track record, which counts against it. Judge it accordingly if you are being quoted.
