ERPFY is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail, built by StepSharp Digital. a side product of an Adelaide software agency, pitched as an AI-first restaurant system.

ERPFY comes out of StepSharp Digital, which describes itself as Adelaide's software, AI and automation engineering partner, based at Ferryden Park in South Australia. StepSharp is an agency first — custom software, web, e-commerce, mobile, AI development, SEO — and ERPFY is one of its own products rather than its whole business. A third-party directory puts the company at founded 2020 with 10 to 49 staff; that is self-reported to the directory, not a register entry.

The product itself is a restaurant operating system with the AI angle pushed hard: POS, order management, kitchen display, QR and table ordering, reservations, an AI voice agent, AI menu setup, inventory, loyalty, reporting, delivery integrations and its own ERPFY Pay. It names both Linkly and mx51 for EFTPOS, and positions itself directly against GloriaFood, Lightspeed, Square and Toast — ambitious company for a product listed at version 1.0.0.

Be realistic about maturity. The site carries percentage improvement claims (faster service, less admin time, more repeat visits) with no customer, study or source attached to any of them, and we could not find a single named ERPFY customer anywhere — the only client on StepSharp's own site is a therapy practice, which is not a POS reference. No ABN is published on either site. There is a real Adelaide company here; whether the product has been proven in venues is simply not something the public record answers.
