TCS POS for Netsuite is a point-of-sale system for general retail and retail, built by True Cloud Solutions. A NetSuite-only shop in Melbourne, and the till runs natively inside NetSuite rather than syncing to it.

Certified on Linkly and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The Linkly route does not.

The Linkly integration runs in the cloud or on premise. Linkly holds 2 separate certified builds for it, so what works depends which one you are on.

True Cloud Solutions sits on Little Collins Street in Melbourne and specialises only in Oracle NetSuite. TCS POS is their retail point of sale, and the architecture is the selling point: it runs native on the NetSuite platform, calling data directly rather than syncing between two systems, and does not require separate NetSuite licences for till users. They have been shipping it since 2015 and quote 99.5% guaranteed uptime.

Scale and references are solid for a Melbourne shop. More than 750 stores across 10-plus countries, over 20 million transactions a year, and a customer list with real Australian names on it — 99 Bikes, Battery World, Mont Adventure Equipment, Swan Plumbing and Home Central. Tyro covers purchases, receipts and refunds.

Who should look at it: retailers already on NetSuite, or on the way there, who want inventory, financials, CRM and ecommerce behind the counter without a sync layer in the middle. If you are not running NetSuite, this is the wrong end of the telescope — you would be adopting an ERP to get a till.

True Cloud Solutions also has TCS POS.
