TCS POS — bank compatibility

TCS POS is a point-of-sale system for retail, built by True Cloud Solutions. Little Collins Street, NetSuite and nothing else, and over 750 stores running on it.
Certified on mx51, which is the engine behind several banks’ own terminal offerings rather than something a merchant buys by name.
It handles phone and mail order.
The mx51 integration uses SPI JavaScript and was last certified in October 2022, on Browser.
True Cloud Solutions works out of Level 1, 530 Little Collins Street in Melbourne and says it has been powering NetSuite retail since 2015. It specialises in Oracle NetSuite exclusively, which is unusual — most POS vendors will integrate with whatever you already have.
TCS POS runs natively on the NetSuite platform rather than syncing to it: the data stays in NetSuite, there is no separate database to reconcile, and it needs no NetSuite user licence of its own. The company reports over 750 stores across 10-plus countries and more than 20 million transactions a year, with Windcave, Tyro and Adyen on the payments side. Named customers include Battery World, 99 Bikes, Pushys, Swan Plumbing Supplies, Mont Adventure Equipment and Home Central.
Who it is for: you already run NetSuite. If you do not, this is not a standalone POS purchase — the ERP comes first and the till follows, and the ERP is the expensive half of that sentence.
True Cloud Solutions also has TCS POS for Netsuite.
