1Retail is a POS built for Acumatica ERP using the Acumatica SDK — and, as its own listing puts it, not "a repackaged desktop application configured to work with your accounting system". It runs on a desktop workstation, tablet or mobile, online and offline with disconnected transaction processing, is multi-currency and multi-tenant, and is set up and maintained from inside Acumatica itself rather than in a separate admin tool. It is technically validated against Acumatica 2024 R2 through 2026 R1.

One Channel North America Inc. grew out of an organisation that was originally a Sage (Accpac) reseller specialising in point of sale. It says it has done POS integrated to Sage 300 and Sage 50 for over 25 years, with hundreds of companies still on those legacy systems, and that its people have over 70 years combined experience across Acumatica and other ERPs.
