ArmPOS-K is a point-of-sale system for bars and pubs, butchers and grocers, cafes and general retail, and 3 more. Tyro's own directory puts this under ArmLoop in Brisbane, not under a company called ArmPOS-K.

Tyro only. Tyro is its own middleware and its own acquirer, so this one comes with the bank attached — moving bank means a new integration.

Tyro rates it a Plus partner.

The vendor name on this record is just the product name repeated, which is a dead end. Tyro's partner page for ArmPOS-K names the company as ArmLoop and links to cieltek.com — and that resolves to Armloop Pty Ltd (ABN 65 166 208 439, ACN 166 208 439), registered in Queensland on 10 October 2013 and operating around Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. It traded as Cieltek Pty Ltd until August 2021, when it took the Armloop name. The old domain still serves the site, which is why the Tyro listing points there.

Tyro files ArmPOS-K under Retail and tags it for bars and pubs, butchers, grocers and supermarkets, cafes, general retail and quick service. The listed EFTPOS features are integrated purchases and integrated receipts — refunds are not among them, so if you process returns at the counter, make that the first thing you test at a demo rather than assume it. Armloop's wider range runs to kitchen display, QR-code ordering, loyalty, a back-office system and a handheld stock terminal, and the company says it is used by 2,000-plus local and FMCG retailers.

Nothing public explains the -K suffix. Armloop also has plain ArmPOS and Armloop builds certified through mx51, so if you are comparing quotes, pin down which build you are being sold: Tyro has this one at Plus tier, and the tier changes what the integration does, not just what it costs.
