BBSCloud is a point-of-sale system for household and hardware and retail, built by Bespoke Business Software. Not really a POS company — the till is one module of an accounting and business management suite.

Certified on Linkly and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The Linkly route does not.

The integration covers split bills. Tyro rates it a Power Up partner.

The Linkly integration runs on premise.

BBSCloud is Bespoke Business Software's all-in-one: financials, payroll, inventory, sales and point of sale in one system, pitched at Australian small and medium business. The POS is a module, not the product. The same company also runs eStore, a Magento Open Source B2B ordering front end that plugs into BBSCloud, HROTCloud for property maintenance and public housing contractors, and a managed IT services arm doing cybersecurity, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.

Where it fits is narrower than that list suggests. Tyro tags this one household and hardware retail, which makes sense: those are the shops that need trade accounts, B2B ordering and stock depth more than they need a fast cafe till. Tyro's side covers purchases, receipts, refunds and split payments.

So the honest read. If you want a counter system and nothing else, this is more software than you are asking for and you will be paying for the parts you do not use. If you are weighing up replacing an accounting package at the same time, that is the case for it — and the question to ask is what the POS module actually does on its own, not what the suite does.

Connected through

A POS reaches a bank through middleware. Each card below is one certified route; the banks it reaches are on the middleware page.
