Bossii POS — bank compatibility

Bossii is a point-of-sale system for hospitality, built by Help You. Brisbane hospitality software built around wage percentage and cost of goods rather than the usual feature list, and the vendor name in the directories is wrong.
Certified on mx51, which is the engine behind several banks’ own terminal offerings rather than something a merchant buys by name.
It handles tipping and surcharging.
The mx51 integration uses Spice and was last certified in May 2024, on Windows.
First, a correction: the vendor is Help Us, not Help You. The registered holder of the BOSSII business name is The Trustee for The Help Us Unit Trust, ABN 46 826 840 440, a fixed unit trust with its main business location in QLD 4113 on Brisbane's southside. The trust has been active since 1 July 2003 and the Bossii brand was registered on 24 November 2006. There is no ACN because there is no company -- it is a trust. It describes itself as South East Queensland's leading hospitality management system provider.
What separates it from the field is where it points the reporting. Zeller's write-up describes a system built around labour cost and cost of goods as the two largest cost centres: stock ordering, gross profit reporting over a chosen date range, and budgeted wage percentage compared against actual wage percentage. There is also an integrated functions and bookings module that handles deposits paid in advance and applies them on the event day, plus security sales, bill splitting, tab transfers and gift vouchers. That is a pub, club and function-venue feature set, not a cafe one.
It still offers cloud and non-cloud data options in 2026, which tells you there is a legacy on-premise codebase being kept alive for venues that will not move. It integrates with MYOB, Xero, Tyro and Zeller, and carrying both acquirers is unusual for a vendor this size. One practical note worth having: bossii.com blocks crawlers entirely, so everything above comes from the Tyro and Zeller partner hubs rather than the vendor -- and it also means their own site is invisible to AI search.

A POS reaches a bank through middleware. Each card below is one certified route; the banks it reaches are on the middleware page.
