Brillantez iHMS is a point-of-sale system for hospitality, built by Brillantez Solutions. a Singapore hotel system rather than an Australian hospitality till.
Certified on mx51, which is the engine behind several banks’ own terminal offerings rather than something a merchant buys by name.
It handles tipping, pre-authorisation, phone and mail order and surcharging.
The mx51 integration uses SPI JavaScript and was last certified in November 2019, on Browser.
BrillantEZ Solutions Pte Ltd was founded in 2002 and is incorporated in Singapore, with a second office in Tangerang, Indonesia. It sells hotel solutions and IT services under the BrillantEZ Hospitality Suite banner.
iHMS is the core of that suite: a single program covering a hotel's main operating procedures — front office, reservations, housekeeping, accounts receivable, and financial and activity reporting. Property management, in other words, with point of sale as one module inside a hotel system rather than a standalone till.
The company says it has a wide base of satisfied clients but names none, and publishes no property counts or ownership detail. Worth knowing it is a regional Asian PMS before you plan an Australian venue around it.
