Certified on Linkly and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The Linkly route does not.

Bsmarter is Business Smarter Software, Australian-owned with development, sales and maintenance teams all in Melbourne. They sell hardware, software and maintenance together and lean hard on the support argument — their own line is that a POS is only a complete end-to-end product if the ongoing support behind it holds up. The range covers self-ordering POS, mobile POS and kiosks, and they make a point of customising the system to the venue rather than the other way around.

The named customers tell you where they actually win: Steak Ministry Bar & Grill, Sushi Hon, Mandoo, Mook Ji Bar, Konbu Japanese Cuisine, Mountain of Bears and J Mart. Korean and Japanese dining, plus grocery. Tyro lists them across bars and pubs, cafes, quick service, and butchers, grocers and supermarkets — that last one matters, because a weighing-and-scanning build is a different job from a cafe till.

Tyro's side includes manual settlement, purchases, receipts, refunds, reports and split payments. For a shop this size, judge it on a reference call to one of those named venues rather than on the feature list.
