Case Manager is Chameleon Software's system for the occupational rehabilitation industry: case management, secure communication, administration, billing and integration, accessible on any device. Jonas Software called it "the leading case management system for the rehabilitation industry in Australia" when it bought the business. Chameleon was founded in Perth in 1993 and is now run out of Coffs Harbour in New South Wales, with a customer base spanning Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Jonas Software announced the acquisition on 8 August 2018. Jonas is an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., the publicly listed Canadian acquirer trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as CSU.TO, and says it has acquired more than 200 companies across more than 40 verticals with over 6,000 employees. Constellation itself reports revenues over US$5 billion and more than 30,000 staff. If you are a rehab provider on Case Manager, your software vendor is two levels inside a Toronto-listed roll-up.
