Clinical Computers is practice-management software for health and primary health. One of the oldest medical software names left in Australia, still locally owned with every developer onshore.

Tyro only. Tyro is its own middleware and its own acquirer, so this one comes with the bank attached — moving bank means a new integration.

The integration covers multi-merchant. Tyro rates it a Power Up partner.

Clinical Computers Pty Ltd sells CCOS, practice management software for general practitioners and specialists, and describes itself as one of the longest established companies in Australia providing medical computer systems. It is still locally owned, and says its entire workforce including its developers is based in Australia. In a market where most of the large practice management brands have been rolled into foreign-owned or private-equity-backed groups, that has quietly turned from an unremarkable fact into a selling point — particularly for practices that care where patient data and support staff sit.

On payments, the Tyro Health listing covers purchases, refunds and multi-merchant. Multi-merchant is the one that matters here: a clinic where several practitioners bill separately needs one terminal settling to several merchant accounts, and that is a common reason practices outgrow simpler setups. No Medicare Easyclaim or HealthPoint claim types appear against CCOS on the listing, so treat claiming as a separate question to work through with them rather than something the terminal integration gives you.
