Cloudpacx POS — bank compatibility

Cloudpacx POS is a point-of-sale system for cafes and hospitality. Parramatta-based and built for the Asian hospitality end of the market — milk tea shops, buffets and food courts, with the menus in Chinese.
Tyro only. Tyro is its own middleware and its own acquirer, so this one comes with the bank attached — moving bank means a new integration.
Cloudpacx Smart POS lists a contact address on level 49 of 8 Parramatta Square in Parramatta, NSW. Tyro's partner directory names the operating company as TRIPLENIU TECHNOLOGY, though the Cloudpacx site itself never names a company behind the brand and publishes no founding year, directors or ownership. The platform covers counter POS, table QR ordering, online ordering, a self-service kiosk, kitchen display, reservations, multi-language customer menus and reporting.
The segments it sells to tell you more than the feature list does: restaurants, cafes, buffets, milk tea, food courts and groceries. The site runs in English and Simplified Chinese, and support comes via WeChat, Line, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram. That is a vendor built for Asian hospitality operators in Australia, and if that is your venue it is a real advantage — multi-language menus and buffet and food court handling are not afterthoughts here. No pricing is published and the only call to action is a demo booking, so expect a sales conversation rather than a sign-up page.
