Clubfit Software POS — bank compatibility

Clubfit Software is a point-of-sale system for hair and beauty and health. a Brisbane gym platform that has gone from 500 clubs to 700 and started buying its competitors.

Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.

The Linkly integration runs on premise.

Clubfit is gym and health club management — memberships, leads, class and PT bookings, direct debit billing, access control, accounts, and a POS for the front counter. Its own site says Australian owned and run since 2014, though G2 lists Brisbane and 2012; take both with the caveat that they disagree. Trade coverage put it at more than 500 clubs in July 2021 and over 700 clubs in Australia by mid-2024, which is real growth in a crowded category.

The notable move is that it has started consolidating rather than being consolidated. Clubfit Software Pty Ltd acquired the EZeMember platform effective 22 March 2024, with EZeMember's director Phil van Diem saying the business was being retired after several decades. If you are an old EZeMember site, that is where you went. No parent company or outside shareholder shows up anywhere we looked, and no founder is named publicly.

On the payments side the pitch is integrated direct debit with bank payment aggregation, and one club quoted in trade press claimed six figures a year saved: "A six-year search led us to Clubfit. The software is easy to use and has saved us six figures annually" — Healthworks Hendra. Worth noting that quote sits in a supplier-supplied article rather than an independent review, and Capterra carries no reviews at all. Treat the savings claim as the vendor's, not a finding.
