Conqueror Pro is a point-of-sale system for hospitality, built by QubicaAMF. Bowling centre management from the Italian half of a 2005 joint venture that later bought out the American half.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
QubicaAMF Worldwide was formed in July 2005 when AMF Bowling Worldwide put its Bowling Products Division and Qubica Lux put Qubica S.p.A. into a 50/50 joint venture. Qubica itself was founded in Italy in 1993 by Roberto Vaioli, Luca Drusiani and Emanuele Govoni. In December 2014 the Qubica founders and their partners bought out the 50% held by Bowlmor AMF, taking 100% ownership — so the Italian side ended up owning the lot. The company runs headquarters in Richmond, Virginia and Bologna, Italy, and acquired CDE Software in November 2016.
Conqueror is the management and point-of-sale platform: lane management, POS, marketing and operations in one system. QubicaAMF reports an installed base of over 10,000 centres across 90 countries and says it serves customers in over 100 countries each year — though that figure covers all its products, not Conqueror alone.
A naming note worth having before you ask for a quote: there is no 'Conqueror Pro' on QubicaAMF's current product list. The line today is Conqueror X for management and POS, Conqueror Plus Square for payments and Conqueror Web and Kiosk. If you are being quoted against an old integration record, confirm which generation the EFTPOS certification actually covers.
