eFeedoPOS is a point-of-sale system for cafes, hospitality and restaurants. Looks local because it sits on the Tyro partner list, but the published contact details are a US address and an Indian phone number.

eFeedoPOS is a restaurant point of sale and management system — digital menus, billing, order taking, digital kitchen order tickets and queues, inventory and vendor management, employee accounts, special-order tracking and sales reports — certified with Tyro for integrated purchases and refunds, and sold into cafés and restaurants.

The thing to know before you call is where the company actually sits. eFeedo's own contact details are an address in St. Charles, Missouri plus both a US and a +91 phone number, with no Australian office or founding date published anywhere. That is not disqualifying on its own — plenty of good software is built offshore — but it changes the practical questions entirely. Ask about Australian support hours, who installs and services it here, and who you escalate to when the EFTPOS integration stops talking to the till halfway through a Friday dinner service. A time zone is a support problem.

Licensing comes in three tiers that are genuinely different architectures rather than feature bundles: Gold is cloud, Silver is installable offline software, and Platinum is hybrid cloud plus offline. For a venue with unreliable internet that hybrid option is worth asking about specifically, because it is rarer than it should be. The only third-party recognition on display is a SoftwareSuggest Rising Star badge from 2022, so there is not much independent signal to go on — ask for Australian reference venues.
