Enrich is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail, built by Intelligent POS (I-POS)/Lotus POS. The same product family as Enrich POS, listed again under the combined iPOS and Lotus POS vendor name.
Certified on Linkly, running in the cloud. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs in the cloud.
Worth untangling, because this record and two others are one operation run as a Sydney and Melbourne pair. Enrich is the POS line from Intelligent Pos Pty Ltd, ABN active since 18 August 2005 out of NSW 2136. The "Lotus POS" half of the vendor name is a second, separate company: Lotus POS Pty Ltd, incorporated May 2014 in Collingwood, Victoria. No parent-subsidiary relationship appears in either registration, but each site presents the other as its own branch, so commercially they operate as one business.
The Lotus name started on the Sydney side. Intelligent Pos held Lotus Electronics And Computers and Lotus Cash Register as registered business names from June 2009, and Lotus Cash Register transferred to the new Melbourne company in May 2014. Both outfits also list a product called Enrich QR Ordering, and neither describes what it does.
Enrich itself is Windows client/server. The Enrich Plus iPad client, published by Intelligent POS Pty Ltd, needs a wireless link to an Enrich Hospitality Edition PC server to work at all, and drives receipt printers, cash drawers and PC EFTPOS through that server. The customer base is Sydney's Asian grocery and restaurant trade -- Golden Century, Tong Li, Tan Hung Long, DeCosti, Star Buffet -- and the hardware runs to scales, electronic shelf labels and price checkers, which tells you it is built for weighed retail as much as for hospitality. It also appears on me&u's integration list as "iPOS (lotusPOS)" for Australia and New Zealand.
