Envision Cloud is a point-of-sale system for hair and beauty and services. Absorbed into a private-equity-backed aesthetic medicine roll-up, and now marketed to the US and Canada only.

Tyro only. Tyro is its own middleware and its own acquirer, so this one comes with the bank attached — moving bank means a new integration.

Here is the chain, and it is the most consolidated story in this batch. The original vendor was Ennoview, Inc. of Orlando, Florida, founded 2001 -- still the company named on Tyro's own partner page as "Ennoview, Inc. - Envision Cloud". PitchBook records it as acquired by patientNOW on 1 January 2023, now operating as a subsidiary, with the price not disclosed. The brand was renamed to match: envisionnow.com's footer reads "EnvisionNow by PatientNow" with a 2001-2026 copyright range, and its About page says "EnvisionNow is part of the PatientNow family".

Go one level up and patientNOW itself was acquired by Blue Star Innovation Partners and Providence Strategic Growth, with AGC Partners advising and no price disclosed. Envision is one of four buyouts in that roll-up: Crystal Clear Digital Marketing in January 2021, RxPhoto in March 2021, EnvisionNow in 2023 and Recura in October 2025. A 2001 independent salon software vendor is now a line item in an aesthetic-medicine software group. And to kill a common assumption: DaySmart has nothing to do with it. DaySmart is a separate LLR Partners-backed competitor with its own salon product, and no ownership link to Envision exists -- the two only appear together on comparison pages.

For anyone in Australia the practical point is that the door has closed. Capterra lists the product's available countries as Canada and the United States only, while the Tyro integration page is still published with all support routed through Tyro. The reviews are mixed and worth reading before you chase it. Victor, consumer services, January 2025, one star: "Worst experience with a vendor in my 30 year salon career." A verified cosmetics reviewer in April 2026, four stars: "Pricing was extremely high and it was often hard to get through to customer service." Capterra's starting price is listed at US$99 flat rate.
