Fly is a point-of-sale system for hair and beauty, hospitality, retail and wholesale, built by Fly Systems. priced per device, built in Australia, and the company's own ABN is only months old.

Certified on mx51, which is the engine behind several banks’ own terminal offerings rather than something a merchant buys by name.

Certified to do one till driving several terminals and surcharging.

The mx51 integration uses SCI and was last certified in August 2026, on Android and Browser.

Fly is sold by FLY ENTERPRISES PTY LTD (ABN 95 699 352 675), an Australian private company whose main business location is in south-western Sydney. The product is a cloud POS with payments, kitchen display, kiosks, customer displays, back office, an online storefront, reservations and invoicing, and it lists 18 business types from cafes and bakeries to salons and pharmacies. Card processing options named are its own Fly Pay plus KBServices Payments, ANZ Worldline and Tyro.

The pricing model is the most concrete thing about it and the reason it might be worth a look: locations are free, then $49 a month per POS device, $49 per kiosk, $29 per kitchen display and $29 per customer display. No setup fee, no contract. Per-device pricing with free locations suits a small multi-site operator — you pay for screens, not for sites, which is the opposite of how most of the market charges.

Now the caution, and it is a real one. The site says EST. 2024, but the company's ABN has only been active since 23 June 2026. That could mean a new entity behind an older brand, or it could mean the 2024 date is generous; we cannot tell which and will not guess. There is no independent coverage, no review, no named customer and no founder on record anywhere. Treat it as a new vendor with clear pricing and no track record, and ask who you are actually contracting with.
