FoodChow POS is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail, built by TENACIOUS TECHIES. A Surat digital agency's one product, sold through a partner-franchise model at the very bottom of the market.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
FoodChow is owned and operated by Tenacious Techies Private Limited, founded 2011 and headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, with Jigar Doriwala as founder and CEO. The parent is a general digital agency -- web development, mobile apps, digital marketing -- and FoodChow is its one product. Its own claim as read in October 2026: 1,093-plus restaurants listed, live in 15-plus countries. There is a dedicated FoodChow Restaurant POS app on iOS alongside the main platform.
The pricing puts it firmly at the bottom end, and that is published rather than inferred: Silver at US$90 one-off, Gold at US$30 a month, Platinum at US$300 a year, with a free trial. It is marketed on a pay-per-success model with a refund if it does not work out. The product covers online ordering, takeaway and delivery, pre-orders, table reservations and modifiers, plus white-label restaurant websites and iOS and Android apps. Target segments are freelancers, startups and mid-market.
On the Australian question, this is an Indian vendor and the about page's office list deserves scepticism: Brisbane and Sydney appear alongside Surat, Pune, New Delhi, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Sandton, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Florida, Texas and Douala. That is a very long list for a company of this size, so read them as contact or partner addresses rather than verified operations. It also runs a reseller franchise model pitched as "own your own IT company". Review volume is tiny and worth knowing: 4.7 out of 5 from ten reviews on G2, 3.9 from three on Techjockey, and nothing on SoftwareSuggest.
