Foodship POS — bank compatibility

Foodship POS is a point-of-sale system for fast food and hospitality, built by Foodship. The whole pitch is being the opposite of UberEats — commission-free online ordering first, with the till attached.
Certified on Linkly and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The Linkly route does not.
Certified to do split bills. Tyro rates it a Power Up partner.
The Linkly integration runs in the cloud.
Foodship runs out of Japonica Street, Bundoora, in Melbourne's north and sells three things: a commission-free online food ordering system, a POS, and contactless QR table ordering. The ordering system is the lead product and the POS is what catches those orders. They name Menulog, UberEats and DoorDash directly as the thing they are an alternative to, and the pricing is built to make that point — free website hosting, no setup fee, no upfront payment, no contract, a two-month free trial, cancel any time.
The rest of the stack is what you would expect from a small hospitality vendor doing everything: table reservations, gift cards and vouchers, a loyalty points program, kitchen printer integration, multiple payment gateway options and a staff mobile app called ORA. Tyro's side covers purchases, receipts, refunds, reports, split payments and tipping. Target venues are fast food, restaurants and cafes.
Judge it on the ordering side, because that is how it is built. If commission-free online ordering is what you are actually trying to solve and the POS comes along with it, the maths works in your favour. If you want a serious venue POS and the online ordering is incidental, you are buying this one backwards.
