Gensolve Practice Manager is practice-management software for allied health and health. A Whangārei-built practice manager that quietly runs more than a thousand New Zealand clinics, and has been working its way into Australia and the UK.

Gensolve Practice Manager is clinical and practice management software for independent healthcare practices — physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy and hearing services among them. It is not a retail POS, and the thing that matters at its counter is claiming: it sits in Tyro's allied-health category, the end of the market where the terminal has to settle the health-fund claim as well as take the gap.
The company was founded by Brenton Henderson, who is CEO, and Laurence Henderson, co-founder and chief technology officer. The office is in Whangārei at the top of New Zealand's North Island, and the business says it serves over 1,000 practices in New Zealand. Brenton is originally Australian, and the company runs Australian and UK operations out of the same business, with a dedicated manager for UK clients.
A marker of how deep it sits in New Zealand allied health: in 2016 Gensolve partnered with Physitrack on what was billed as New Zealand's biggest telehealth initiative, pushing video consults and exercise prescription into its practice base.
