GloPosNet Retail POS — bank compatibility

GloPosNet Retail is a point-of-sale system for butchers and grocers and retail, built by Intraday. Two markets on one platform — Sydney support here, and a UK arm selling the same thing through Worldpay.

Certified on mx51 and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The mx51 route does not.

It handles cash out. Tyro rates it a Power Up partner.

The mx51 integration uses SCI and was last certified in August 2026, on Windows.

GloPosNet is run in Australia by Intraday Pty Ltd (ABN 74 166 230 280), with support out of Sydney on a 24/7 line. Their own numbers: 3,000-plus businesses on the platform and 21 industry configurations spanning retail and hospitality. The retail side is cut into 15 verticals — apparel, grocery, jewellery, convenience, specialty — and hospitality into six, from restaurants and cafes through to food trucks. They claim 17-plus years in point of sale.

The part that is not obvious from the Australian site: the same product sells into the United Kingdom as GloPOs Net Limited, which is listed as a Worldpay partner and integrated to Worldpay Total. So you are buying from a small Sydney operation that is also running a second market on a different acquirer. That is not a problem in itself, but it explains a feature set and an industry list that read broader than a local-only vendor's would.

Practical question for them: which of those 21 configurations is actually in use in Australia, and how many of the 3,000 businesses are here rather than in the UK. Worth knowing who you will be sharing a support queue with.
