iconpractice is practice-management software for allied health and health. Run by CHM Solutions out of Melbourne and aimed squarely at chiropractors and osteopaths, which is why its claiming list is longer than most.

iconpractice is practice management software for chiropractors, osteopaths and myotherapists, built by CHM Solutions Pty Ltd and going since 2009. Founder Dr Matthew Holmes is a Melbourne practitioner, and it shows in the commercial model: pricing is per practitioner with unlimited users and unlimited locations, which is how a multi-site chiropractic group actually grows. Per-seat licensing punishes exactly that shape of business, and most of the bigger platforms still charge it.

The claiming is the strongest part of the record. Through Tyro Health it checks Medicare and Department of Veterans' Affairs details and eligibility, lodges Medicare bulk bill and patient claims, handles DVA claims, and runs private health through Tyro HealthPoint Digital against Medibank, ahm, nib, Bupa and GMHBA. For a chiropractic clinic where most visits end in an on-the-spot health fund rebate, that list is the job — everything else is secondary.
