Links Modular Solutions — practice software and bank compatibility

Links Modular Solutions is practice-management software for health. Leisure-centre software rather than clinical software — and it's belonged to the Xplor payments group since 2016.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
Links is facility management software for leisure centres: memberships, bookings, entry control and the counter at an aquatic or recreation centre. Despite where it sits in the health category, it is not a medical practice system, and the claiming questions that matter to a clinic don't apply to it.
Transaction Services Group bought Links outright in July 2016, with joint chief executives Don Hartley and Nick Ciccarelli staying on. TSG was founded in Auckland in 1994 and is best known in Australia as the owner of Debitsuccess, the direct-debit biller behind a great many gym and leisure memberships. In March 2021 TSG merged with American acquirer Clearent — both were Advent International portfolio companies — to create Xplor Technologies, headquartered in Atlanta, serving more than 82,000 businesses across 158 countries and processing over $27bn in 2020.
So the company that supplies your booking software also owns the direct debit engine and a merchant acquirer. That was the explicit logic of the merger, and it's the thing to have in mind when the software and the payments are quoted to you together.
