The company claims more than 100 day surgeries on the product and over 24 years doing it. Day surgery is a narrow and awkward market — theatre lists, anaesthetists, prostheses, multiple billing parties against one episode of care — and very few vendors bother chasing it, which is why the same handful of names keep appearing.

Note what the payments listing does not include. Tyro Health shows integrated purchases, receipts and refunds against Medical Wizard, with no Medicare Easyclaim or HealthPoint claim types. In a day surgery that is broadly consistent with how the money moves — most of it arrives through health fund agreements and hospital billing rather than over a counter — but if you expect to claim at the front desk, confirm exactly how before you sign anything.

It is also listed by MIMS among the specialist practice software vendors, alongside Genie, Zedmed, Clinic to Cloud and Medilink. That is the competitive set to price it against.
