Mountaintop Systems PosPro is practice-management software for health, built by Mountaintop Systems. Pharmacy software going back to 1985, and the product name in the directories has not appeared on their own site for years.

Correct the category first, because getting it wrong here is worse than writing nothing: this is pharmacy point of sale and dispensary software, not practice management. Nothing clinical, no patient claiming. The "Health" tag on the middleware listing is the directory's own industry label applied to a POS integration, not a description of the product. If you are a GP, a dentist or an allied health practice, this is not your software.
Mountaintop Systems has served Australian pharmacy since 1985 -- their own claim, repeated on Tyro's partner page, which adds that they were the first Australian pharmacy POS developer to introduce a Windows system. The current product line is Mountaintop POS, Dispense, Mountaintop Online, Mountaintop Warehouse and Mountaintop Tablet, plus multi-store. Zeller calls it a best-selling pharmacy point-of-sale and business management package, "Written completely in Australia." No customer count is published anywhere -- Tyro says only "a large customer base throughout Australia."
On the name: PosPro does not appear anywhere on Mountaintop's current site, nor on either payment partner's listing. It survives only as the directory entry "Mountaintop Systems PosPro v4.13". Read it as a legacy or internal product name for the POS rather than something they market today. And nothing could be found on Medicare Easyclaim, HealthPoint, DVA or Tyro Health for this vendor -- Tyro's integrated feature list for them is plain retail: cashout, purchases, refunds and split payments. That is consistent with a pharmacy front-of-shop till, with the claiming handled by the dispensary system.
