MyEasyPOS is a point-of-sale system for hair and beauty, hospitality and retail, built by Auslanka Technologies. a budget POS out of Clyde in Melbourne's south-east, and one of the few small vendors with real reviews behind it.
Certified on Linkly, running in the cloud. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs in the cloud.
Auslanka Technologies runs out of Clyde in Victoria, with a Melbourne landline and support described as Melbourne-based. MyEasyPOS is its budget POS for retail, restaurants and beauty, and it sells the hardware too — terminals, printers, scanners, cash drawers — alongside a side business in mobile and web development, digital signatures and QR services. Its own account says the first version launched in 2020, with 50-plus customers inside six months of its 2021 launch and 100-plus by 2022. Those are self-reported and the homepage counters are placeholder values, so treat them loosely.
What it does have, and most vendors this size do not, is independent reviews: a 4.5 of 5 Trustpilot score across 13 reviews, with entries as recent as 2026. The reviews are about exactly the things that actually go wrong in a small shop. "It worked instantly and easily via bluetooth for both doordash and uber eats" — Stephen Prince. And: "Promptly helped me resolve the issue with the printer not connecting to tablet" — Daniel Trinh. Printer and delivery-integration headaches are the daily reality of a cheap POS, and someone picking up the phone about them is worth more than a feature list.
One thing we will not assert: the name suggests an Australia-Sri Lanka link and plenty of people would assume it, but nothing on the company's sites or its Trustpilot page says so, and searches turned up only unrelated Sri Lankan POS companies. Every public record we found is Victorian. No ABN, street address, founder or owner is published.
