Oiii MPOS — bank compatibility

Oiii MPOS is a point-of-sale system for automotive and transport, built by Net-Cabs. A taxi and rideshare payment system, so the counter here is the back seat of a car.

Certified on Linkly, running as mobile POS. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.

The Linkly integration runs as mobile POS.

Net-Cabs Pty Ltd is a Port Melbourne company with ABN and GST active from 7 March 2014. Its own site describes it as an engineering company building hardware and software for the transport industry, deliberately refusing to separate taxis from rideshare and selling a turn-key combination of regulated unbooked work and booked work. The range is VDS3, a third-generation vehicle dispatch system, plus meter, dispatch and driver safety modules, OiiiBid, OiiiCam, OiiiPlus and a management portal.

Oiii is the consumer end: a booking platform offering a fixed fare, a negotiated OiiiBid fare or a metered fare, with Net-Cabs named on the site as the accredited service provider, and it supports the Victorian MPTP and Western Australian PTSS taxi subsidy schemes. The registered business names chart the expansion neatly — LetzGo and LetzGo.Cab in 2014, Oiii in 2020, then Oiii NSW, Tasmania and WA registered in May 2026 with Oiii NT, QLD, SA and VIC following days later. Oiii MPOS is the in-vehicle payment side of that, on Linkly's register at v1.0, so the EFTPOS question here is about a terminal in a cab rather than a till on a bench.
