OnSite POS for NetSuite — practice software and bank compatibility

Practice management software by Onsite Technology · All point-of-sale systems

OnSite POS for NetSuite is practice-management software for health, built by Onsite Technology. A point-of-sale front end for NetSuite, so the sale posts straight into the ERP instead of being exported and rekeyed later.

Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.

The Linkly integration runs on premise.

OnSite POS is a till designed specifically for NetSuite and wired into all its modules, so transaction data lands in the ERP rather than being imported after the fact. It handles sales, returns, customer credits and product discounts, takes split payments across multiple tender types including foreign currency, and covers kit and package pricing, upselling prompts, non-merchandise charges such as delivery fees, cash drawer management, role-based security and user-designed interfaces. It works with receipt printers, barcode scanners and signature capture.

The pitch is small to mid-sized retailers, selling in a shop, online, or both, and it has been used for off-site selling at festivals and trade shows. Multi-location retailers are pointed to NetSuite's Multi-Channel Retail Management Suite, which bundles it, and enterprise businesses to the Retail Management Suite, which adds a central terminal for inventory visibility across locations. Note that the published product documentation here is old — the detailed write-up dates from 2014 — so verify the current feature set directly before relying on any of it.
