The headline claim is a labour one — that venues using OrderBuddy can cut front-of-house labour by up to fifty percent. Treat that as the vendor's own testing, not an independent figure. Commercially they lead with $0 commission and no lock-in contract but do not publish pricing tiers, so you are quoted. The $0 commission line is the one to interrogate: ask whether it means no commission on QR orders only, and what the card processing arrangement is underneath, because that is usually where the margin sits.
