Pawnit POS — bank compatibility

Pawnit is a point-of-sale system for retail, built by 365 Technology Group / Pawnit Systems. Built for pawnbrokers, where a transaction is a loan before it is ever a sale.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
Pawnit Retail handles loans and buys, loan holds, lay-bys, dockets and comments, bays and locations, and multi-site operation. That feature list is the entire point of the product. A pawnbroker's counter has to track money going out as well as coming in, keep a redemption clock running against each loan, and know exactly which physical shelf an item is sitting on while it is held — and a general retail till does none of that. Zeller's partner listing claims Pawnit is used by more pawnbrokers and secondhand dealers in Australia than anything else, though no count is published and nothing is published about the company behind it.
