Peach is a point-of-sale system for auto mechanics, automotive, retail and services, built by Peach Business Software. Bearings, fasteners and hydraulic spares — 35 years of doing only that.
Certified on Linkly and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The Linkly route does not.
Tyro rates it a Power Up partner.
The Linkly integration runs in the cloud or on premise. Linkly holds 2 separate certified builds for it, so what works depends which one you are on.
Peach has been going for more than 35 years and has never widened its aim. The markets it names are automotive parts, industrial and agricultural supplies, hydraulics spares and repairs, and bearings and fasteners — inventory-heavy wholesale and retail where the counter and the trade account are the same business. The current release is V12, entry pricing starts around $98 a month for the software, and it is built for one to 50 users across one or more locations.
That niche is the reason to look at it. A parts business runs on interchange numbers, supplier price files, backorders and separate trade and retail pricing, and most cloud POS products handle none of that properly. The customers in their own testimonials are from exactly that world — ag spares in Deniliquin, industrial suppliers, fastener and bearing distributors. Support is Australian-based, which for a counter that trades all day is not a small consideration.
The CEO, Rob, puts the pitch as surviving 35 years in this business meaning the product kept up. Fair enough, but test it on your own supplier feeds before you sign — that is where this category of software either earns its money or does not.
