Plant Control Systems POS — bank compatibility

Plant Control Systems POS is a point-of-sale system for butchers and grocers and retail, built by Existco. Not a shop till at all — this is plant floor software for meat, seafood and bakery processors, where the price depends on what the scale says.
Certified on Linkly and on Tyro. Worth knowing the difference: Tyro is its own acquirer, so that route means banking with Tyro. The Linkly route does not.
It handles cash out.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
The directory has this filed under retail point of sale, and that will send the wrong people to it. Existco's product is ExPCS, the Existco Plant Control System: end-to-end software for the random weight food industry, built in Malaga in Perth's northern suburbs, with the company citing 25 years in the trade. It covers sales, production, fulfilment, inventory and compliance, and it integrates with weighing and labelling hardware as a first-class part of the system, not an afterthought.
Random weight is the whole point and it is why ordinary POS cannot do this job. A carton of meat is not a unit with a price — it is a weight captured on a scale, labelled, traced to a batch, and invoiced at a rate per kilogram. The industries Existco names are meat, poultry, seafood, fruit and vegetable, bakery, further processing and general manufacturing, and the reviewers on its own site describe themselves as a meat wholesaler, an abattoir and boning room operator, and a wholesale meat carton business. The Tyro tagging as butchers and grocers is the closest the directory's categories get, but it is a processing and wholesale system with MES and ERP functions, not a counter till.
Where a card payment fits: a trade counter or a cash sale at a processing site, taken against a system whose real work is upstream. It is certified with both Linkly and Tyro. If you are a butcher shop looking for a retail POS, this is not your product — if you are boning, packing and invoicing by weight, there are very few alternatives built for it.
