Polygon Kiosk by Redcat is a self-service kiosk for hospitality and quick service. The self-order screen that comes with the Polygon platform, not a kiosk you buy on its own.

Tyro only. Tyro is its own middleware and its own acquirer, so this one comes with the bank attached — moving bank means a new integration.

Tyro rates it a Premium partner — their top tier.

This is a kiosk, not a counter till, and that distinction decides whether it suits you. The vendor is Redcat Pty Ltd, a Melbourne hospitality technology company trading since 1992 out of Cremorne, and the kiosk is one surface on the Polygon platform alongside the POS, the ordering apps, kitchen screens and loyalty. You do not generally buy the kiosk by itself — it shows up when a brand is already running Polygon and wants to move queue time onto a screen.

Which is why the customer list is what it is: Nando's, Boost Juice, Grill'd, Chatime, Schnitz, San Churro, Gong Cha, Noodle Box. Quick service and fast casual, where a kiosk pays for itself in throughput at lunch and nowhere else. Redcat's own pitch covers web, app, table, kiosk and drive-thru as one ordering layer, so the kiosk is sold as channel coverage rather than as hardware.

Melbourne growth equity firm Armitage Associates took a stake in Redcat in February 2025. Tyro certifies the kiosk at Premium tier, its top partner level.
