Linkly lists POSSOFT Point of Sale Solutions as a vendor in its own right, product POSSOFT, website possoft.com.au, tagged entertainment and leisure, hospitality and retail. That site publishes ABN 89 204 087 446, which the register resolves to Michael Italiano, individual sole trader, active since February 2013, main business location NSW 2165, holding the single registered business name Abstract Services NSW.

Same ABN, same phone number, same Parramatta street address as the separate Abstract Services listing. There is no company behind either name: it is one sole trader running a POS product brand and a POS services bureau off a single registration. Both sites claim over 30 years in small business systems, which the 2013 ABN does not support, so there is unrecorded history somewhere.

What you actually get is POS with loyalty and marketing and inventory, own-brand POSSOFT hardware, and EFTPOS through Tyro, Westpac or CBA, with integrations to TabSquare and ClickSend. There is a 30-day free trial on a booked demo. The named customers set the scale honestly: a cafe, a bottle shop at Bonnyrigg and a men's hairdresser, all suburban Sydney. Priced and built for that end of the market.
