POSWeb POS — bank compatibility

POSWeb is a point-of-sale system for hospitality, built by Perfect Gym Solutions. Warsaw-built gym management software that a Hamburg group bought in 2024, and the till is one module of it.

Perfect Gym was founded in Poland in 2014 by Andrzej Jacek Szlendak and Sebastian Szałachowski, and runs as Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. out of Warsaw. It is club management first: membership, automated billing and debt collection, member engagement, facility booking, BI and retention intelligence, with Point of Sale as one module alongside the kiosk, mobile app and client portal. Its market is multi-site fitness chains, franchises and public and council leisure centres, including aquatics and recreation — not single-site boutiques.

Sport Alliance GmbH of Hamburg acquired it on 14 May 2024, backed by PSG Equity, which had been invested in Sport Alliance since 2021. The purchase price was not disclosed. The exiting shareholders were 3TS Capital Partners, Innovation Nest, Ipopema FIZ, Alfabeat and Daftcode. Sport Alliance also owns Magicline, MySports and the Finion billing and collections businesses, and says the combined group covers 10,000 sports facilities and 14 of Europe's top 30 chains across 55 countries.

Australia is a real market for it. Perfect Gym has a Melbourne office — one of only two listed alongside Warsaw — DLA Piper's deal team on the exit included Australian lawyers, and the acquisition release claims the combined group is market leader among leisure centres in Australia. Named customers include Crunch, Gold's Gym, David Lloyd, McFit, Fitness 24 Seven, Revo Fitness and Invictus Fitness. One caveat: the vendor's own site brands the till simply "Point of Sale" — "POSWeb" appears nowhere on it.
