PushPOS is a point-of-sale system for hospitality, built by Push Technologies. A Penrith operation with a UK arm, and it will happily put someone else's brand on the front of it.

Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.

The Linkly integration runs on premise.

PushPOS is a recent entrant and the paperwork shows it. The PUSHPOS word mark was filed with IP Australia on 20 December 2024 and entered the register on 28 July 2025, held by Push Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee, at Unit 7, 488 High Street, Penrith NSW. The trademark classes cover payment terminals and card readers as well as software and payment processing services, which says the ambition runs wider than selling a till.

The product deploys cloud, on-premise or hybrid, and the feature set is hospitality-first: online and QR ordering, table service with floor plans, reservations, menu and inventory management, loyalty, staff management, multi-location support and order aggregation from the delivery platforms. The retail half is tagged for bottle shops, butchers and specialty outlets. It operates in Australia and the UK.

The commercially important bit is the white label program — partners and resellers can sell the platform under their own brand. So a merchant may be running PushPOS without ever hearing the name, and an unfamiliar POS brand you are quoting against may turn out to be this underneath. On payments it has a direct Zeller Terminal integration that handles tips and automatic reconciliation.
