Qiki POS is a point-of-sale system for hospitality and retail. A Collingwood outfit that bundles the lot — hardware, software and the terminal — into one weekly fee.

Qiki is based at 5 Hoddle Street, Collingwood, and sells a fully managed POS bundle: hardware, software, printer, cash drawer and integrated EFTPOS, with online and QR ordering included and no add-on fees, advertised from $20 a week. Terminals are Android with a built-in Telstra 4G SIM, installed within seven days of approval, with next-day settlement including weekends and no cancellation or termination fees. It also sells payments on their own — EFTPOS, online payments, hosted payment pages, pay by link and Tap to Pay.

Its distinguishing feature is the Qantas tie-up: QIKI Pay pairs EFTPOS with Qantas Business Rewards, and merchants have to join that program to earn points on transactions. The company says it integrates with over 600 POS systems through Linkly's accredited list, which positions it as much a payments provider wrapping other people's tills as a POS vendor in its own right.

The scale claims do not reconcile, so treat them with care: the homepage says "trusted by thousands of Australian businesses" while the About page says "collaborating with over 100 amazing companies". The logos shown are chains — Gloria Jean's, Degani, Boost Juice, Hudsons Coffee, Muffin Break, Zambrero, Mister Minit — while the testimonials are small Melbourne venues like Pinewood Market, Proud Sprout in Collingwood and a market stall at Caulfield.
