Read this record carefully, because the vendor is three names merged into one: AM Solutions, My Chemist and Corum Health. That happens when the source payment directories carry different spellings against the same accreditation. Of the three, Corum Health is the one with a documented history, and it is a pharmacy software company rather than a general retailer — so if your till traces back to Corum, read on, and if it does not, confirm with your supplier who actually maintains it.

Corum Health was the pharmacy software arm of ASX-listed Corum Group. In July 2023 Corum Group agreed to sell Corum Health Pty Ltd and Amfac Pty Ltd to Jonas Software AUS for $6.25 million in cash plus earnouts tied to recurring revenue, and the deal completed that October. Jonas sits inside Constellation Software Inc (TSX:TSU), the Toronto-listed acquirer that runs 140-plus independently managed software brands across 40-plus vertical markets and more than 80,000 customers. Corum Group then renamed itself PharmX Technologies and kept only the PharmX e-ordering business.

So the ownership chain on a Corum pharmacy counter is a Canadian listed acquirer, and the ASX company whose name is on the old paperwork does something else entirely now. Corum's current branded POS products are Corum LOTS POS and Corum Retail Pharmacy Manager — worth pinning down which one you run before anyone quotes you a replacement.
