SASSCO POS is a point-of-sale system for hospitality, built by SASSCO Australia. Publishes its prices, which is rare — and says nothing about EFTPOS at all, which is odd for a Linkly-accredited till.
Certified on Linkly, running on premise. Linkly reaches more acquirers than any other middleware in the market, which is why most POS start there.
The Linkly integration runs on premise.
SASSCO describes itself as a privately owned Australian company based in Sydney, listing offices in North Sydney, Dubai and Jeddah, and names SASSCO Pty Ltd in its own terms. The register tells a slightly different geographic story: SASSCO Pty Ltd, ABN 45 603 076 115, has been registered at Western Sydney postcodes since November 2014, currently 2145. No founding year is published anywhere, and no owner, founder or director is named on any vendor page. One registry fact to weigh carefully rather than over-read: that ABN and its GST registration were cancelled in June 2026, while the website, pricing pages and 1300 number are all still live — and a sole-trader ABN carrying the "Sass & Company Australia" business name, the other entity named in SASSCO's own terms, was reactivated in October 2026. That is a question to put to the vendor, not a conclusion that it has shut down.
The product is a hospitality POS for restaurants, cafes, pubs and pizza shops, marketed as 100 per cent Australian designed and developed, with Waiter POS for tableside ordering, Bump kitchen screens, time and attendance with rostering, an analytics app covering 200-plus reports, online ordering and multi-store head office. Pricing is on the site, which most competitors will not do: Lite at $39 a month per register, Fluent at $99, Pro on quote, each extra register $39, or outright with a Windows bundle at $3,995 and a Surface Pro bundle at $3,795 and no ongoing fee. It claims 1,000-plus venues across Australia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United States and Japan, with XS Espresso at 11 shops named. On payments it sits on Linkly's accredited vendor register as SASSCO POS at Core Payments, is listed as Zeller integrated on Zeller's partner hub, and is a me&u POS integration partner for Australia and New Zealand — yet its own website never mentions EFTPOS, Linkly, Zeller or Tyro once. Its three testimonials are all self-published, and independent review volume is effectively nil: no G2 reviews and a single App Store rating.
