Shopline POS (Android) is a point-of-sale system for general retail and retail. An Alibaba-backed Hong Kong commerce platform where the till is the in-store arm of your online store.
Tyro only. Tyro is its own middleware and its own acquirer, so this one comes with the bank attached — moving bank means a new integration.
Tyro rates it a Premium partner — their top tier.
SHOPLINE was founded in Hong Kong in 2013, went through the 500 Startups accelerator in 2014, and took investment from the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund in 2016. It is now one of the larger commerce platforms in Asia — the company cites more than 600,000 brands across the region and over 700,000 merchants worldwide — with local sites for Hong Kong, Taiwan, the US, the UK, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
The thing to understand is the direction of travel. SHOPLINE is an online store builder first, with social commerce and marketing tooling around it, and the POS exists so a merchant's physical shop and online shop share one inventory and one customer record — the company calls it OMO, online-merge-offline. If you want a till that happens to sync to a website, there are simpler options. If your online store is already the main game and the shop is the second channel, this is the shape of product that fits.
Tyro certifies the Android build at Premium tier, its top partner level, tagged for general retail. That matters more than usual for an offshore platform: without a certified local integration you are stuck with whatever reader the global product ships with.

A POS reaches a bank through middleware. Each card below is one certified route; the banks it reaches are on the middleware page.
